Antoine Jestin is the co-founder of ID City. iD City helps develop democracy within organizations through the involvement of citizens in local life. It is a digital platform for exchange and co-construction that offers activities that promote citizen participation and advisory services in the following areas: participatory budgeting, questionnaires, consultation, calls for projects, suggestion boxes and reporting. According to Antoine, participatory democracy platforms require not only a paradigm shift within the administrations of municipalities, but also a better involvement of citizens in democratic processes.
