Pranjul Shah is the head of the University of Luxembourg Incubator. The Incubator supports university students and researchers to take their ideas to the society and make them real. The startups hosted in the Incubator such as GoldenMe or ViralHelp are actively working on participatory democracy. Whether through enabling digital literacy among elderly population end closing the digital gap or repealing laws detrimental to fundamental rights of citizens, the Incubator’s startups are changing the participatory processes in ways we have never seen before.
